Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Signal Neural website, SaaS platform, API, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by GREENPOLAND Sp. z o.o. ("Signal Neural", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. License and Use of Service

Subject to your compliance, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. You may not: reverse engineer, copy, resell, or scrape the Service; use it to infringe any third-party rights; or interfere with its security or performance.

5. Fees and Payments

Some features require payment ("Paid Plans"). Fees are specified on our Pricing page. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated. We may change fees with 30 days' notice. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and technology related to the Service (including but not limited to Neural Tag™, Entity Authority Graph™, AIRM API) are the exclusive property of Signal Neural or its licensors. You retain ownership of any data you input, but grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal activity; (b) attempt to manipulate AI crawlers in a deceptive manner prohibited by law; (c) distribute malware or spam through the Service; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) interfere with other users' access; (f) circumvent any technical restrictions.

8. Data Processing and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and handle your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to such processing and warrant that you have the right to transfer any third-party data you provide.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF AI‑GENERATED INSIGHTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY LLM CITATION METRICS WILL ACHIEVE SPECIFIC RESULTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SIGNAL NEURAL, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

Jurisdiction-specific limitations: For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or willful misconduct. For users in California, the limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by the California Consumer Privacy Act and related laws. For users in Thailand, liability is limited to direct damages only as prescribed under Thai civil law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Signal Neural harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason upon notice. Upon termination, you must cease using the Service and delete any cached data. Sections 5–13 survive termination.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing law: For users worldwide, these Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, excluding its conflict of laws principles. For consumers in the European Union, you retain mandatory protections under your local consumer laws. For users in the United States, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, administered in Siedlce, Poland, unless otherwise required by mandatory law. For users in Thailand, disputes shall be finally settled by the courts of Bangkok. Each party waives the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, government actions, or LLM provider outages.

15. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
